I have to say it's a great tool and value for money. We also have a property in France and bought one via amazon last year and loved it so much, when we got back to the UK bought another..My husband has every tool under the sun and yet he uses this one more than any! Recently had to contact them for a spare part and the service was just brilliant and immediate. Thank you for a terrific product backed by a great service!

Rather heavy when fully extended but otherwise a very useful tool so far. Easily trims hedges and bushes which is what I assume most people will need it for. Have not yet used the chain saw attachment but look forward to seeing how it does

Bought this in 2021 because I wanted a pole hedge trimmer and chain saw. Mainly used the strimmer but not very much because of the following issues: Weight - the engine is extremely heavy and virtually unusable unless you have a proper harness. The harness that came with it is very cheap and useless. I found that the hook which is supposed to keep it clipped on to your side, failed every time. Had to spend quite a bit on a decent harness. Noise and vibration - this is easily the noisiest garden tool I've ever used. You definitely need ear defenders. The vibration is also incredible, my fingers were still tingling some time after I had finished using it. Build quality - the parts used are clearly very cheaply made. The strimmer head broke one of the first times I used it. The strimmer cable doesn't extend properly, I had to keep stopping to open it up and do it manually, which is so frustrating. The petrol tank cap is poor quality and started leaking petrol over me and onto the ground. One of the fuel pipes rotted and fell off, which means that petrol comes out when it's used. Had to stuff some rolled up foil in the gap to stop it. The metal guard on the engine unit cracked as it's made of very thin metal. Overall, this is a poor product which has serious safety issues due to poor quality parts. I would recommend spending more on a recognised brand instead.

Good value and started first time - still does. Easy to use. A little on the heavy side but at 71 years old I can manage the hedge cutter for several hours at a time. Excellent service response. Only negatives are that as it is made in China, the metal used is not the best quality but good for the price. Pull cord wouldn't go back into the reel during third time of use, but their excellent service centre put a replacement in the post within 30 minutes of contacting them.

Hi, I bought mine 2 years ago. Work well when it does . The hedge trimmer broke today , the chainsaw is a bit flimsy , sometimes it's hard to get it going.. quite heavy machine for the big jobs..

a little heavy but got power

This thing is a beast, fantastic quality for the price. Ive only used the strimmer, immensely powerful. It is heavy too so beware!

First off this is not Stihl but the it is a fraction of the price and performs very well for the price. Have used a number of times and it is very reliable at starting. The strimmer is excellent, the pole saw surprisingly effective and sharp. Hedge trimmer is for lightweight use. When using the chainsaw ensure the access piece is done up tight and check during session as I found it occasionally worked loose. I raised this with the manufacturer AOSOME and got a great response. Delighted with the customer service.

Achetée en juillet 2022, ça fait donc 3 ans que je l'ai. Hormis la tronconneuse dont j'ai cassé la chaine et que je ne l'ai pas remplacée car je n'en ai pas eu l'utilité depuis, le reste est parfait !! Après son hivernage, elle démarre en deux coups et un seul en été, comme le souffleur / aspirateur de la même marque, à chaud comme à froid. La rallonge du taille haie est la bienvenue car c'est vraiment pratique sur les hauteurs surtout avec l'angle réglable aussi mais il est vrai qu'avec les heures, elle devient lourde sur une grande hauteur à soulever / porter. Le côté débroussailleuse rien à redire non plus, la lame n'est toujours pas changée et elle fonctionne très bien encore pour l'utilité que j'ai.

È un attrezzo instancabile

Tiene un gran motor que hace las piezas corten perfectamente. Es todo un detalle que venga con el mezclador de gasolina y aceite (que entra en el deposito entero) asi se mezcla solo la cantidad a usar. El arnes mejorable pero quita mucho peso. Y si la cadena estuviera montada seria perfecto. Muy contento con ella.

Llego antes de fecha facil de montar por el precio tiene bastante calidad lo e probado y va bastante bien al menos de momento por poner algun pero algo pesado y el arnes algo pobre

Reçu rapidement . Après montage, je l'ai essayé et le moteur démarre après trois ou quatre tirée sur le lanceur. ( normal il faut que l'essence arrive). Moteur plus gros que ce que j'avais mais plus puissant. Machine un peu lourde mais semble solide. A voir à l'usage. Par contre le harnais, il faut avoir son bac pour le mettre, j'utilise mon ancien bien plus simple et plus pratique Seul bémol, le graisseur de la tronçonneuse est droit et trop proche du réservoir d'où impossible de faire entrer l'embout de la pompe à graisse. J'ai acheté des graisseurs coudés à 45° et ça va impeccable. Ce pb aurait du être vu par le concepteur!
