Mikasa Ciara Fluted Mug (Set of 4)

These are gorgeous china mugs. Perfect for a big cup of tea. This is the second lot of "Mikasa Ciara Fine Bone China Mugs, 400 ml - White (Set of 4)" I have bought. In the first lot of 4, I discovered a fine hairline crack in one the first time I used it but decided that I couldn't be sure how the damage occurred. However, the second purchase has one mug totally broken. See the photo. Unfortunately, I am out of the country for a few weeks and so cannot return it straight away and I don't wish to pay the postage for the returns. What should I do? Send back all 4 once I return or return just the one broken mug for replacement? Regards, Wendy Haldane

Love these mugs they’re excellent for folk who like a decent amount in their tea/coffee mugs. I think white always looks classy goes with anything and doesn’t date. They’re nice to drink from as well. I recommend these mugs and I will be buying more in the future.

This was a reorder as the mugs I purchased in October 19 were 4 STAR in my opinion.These are poor quality smaller thicker handles and overall heavier.The fact that I threw out the packing and just placed in the dishwasher before first use I would have sent them back .Yet again ( LET ThE BUYER BEWARE ) when buying from AMAZON.Never will buy repeat orders again !

These mugs are FALSLY advertised. They do not hold 400ml, instead they hold 330ml. Whatever the quality and price BEWARE of a false description. Very disappointed to receive a product which is NOT as advertised. The product description is a flagrant deception and should be changed both by Amazon and the manufacturer. If, like me you want a 400ml mug DO NOT BUY these. The advert is in breach of the Trade Description Act,
