QEONIX Galaxy S9 Screen Protector - Real HD Full Frame Tempered Glass, 3D Touch, 9H Hardness, Case Friendly [2-Pack]

I had high hopes for the screen protector... but it fails mke every turn. I actually bought 2..The first one I tried installing but got a bunch of dust in the protector before applying. It stuck to the adhesive. I couldn't get the dust off and ended up throwing it away.I then put an order in for the second one. Got it, applied it without dust issues. Thought I was good to go... I was wrong! The corners continually bubble up. I keep pressing the corner down, but continually pops back up. My second complaint is that I need to press harder on my screen to get the sensors to pick up my finger. Its crap!

Overall, I am very happy with this case. The tools provided made installing the screen easy and fast. The screen is clear and still very responsive to touch. I haven't noticed any additional glare inside with bright lighting, but have not tested outside yet. It fits perfectly with my Ghostek atomic slim case and follows the screen curve of my S9 nicely. It would be perfect except there is a black frame around the edge that does cut off some of the screen. It's not by a huge amount, but I can't see the edge panel tab for instance. It doesn't impede my usage, just would have preferred it to be clear or the protector slightly wider to accommodate having a border.

Overview:The screen protector looks sleek and has good touch sensitivity (as long as you turn on the Galaxy s9's settings to increase sensitivity.) The installation video is thorough and painless as long as you're meticulous and patient in removing dust and air bubbles. The black border that surrounds the screen protector is very obtrusive and serves no purpose. There's more space on the sides where you can see the rest of the curved screen. To illustrate this better, you can't see the white Edge panel bar on the right side of the screen unless you turn the phone sideways to see the remainder of the curved screen.My Experience:Installing the product was easy enough if you take your time and follow their instructional video. I spent around 10 - 15 minutes installing the screen protector and ended up with no bubbles (as far as I could see). I put on my Otterbox Defender case and everything seemingly fit great.The first time I dropped my phone, although there was no damage to the phone or screen protector, the bottom of the screen protector came up a bit and a portion of the screen formed air bubbles underneath.I believe this is due to the fact that the bottom of the screen protector is touching the bottom of the hard shell of the Otterbox case. When I noticed this, I took the case off and attempted to remove the air bubbles. I was able to remove them as far as I could see, but I noticed that the black border can cover them up so you don't see the ones on the edges. When I put the case back on, the bottom of the screen protector immediately formed air bubbles again.The screen protector now will not remove the air bubbles even when the case is off ( I believe the screen protector is bent a bit from being pushed up slightly for so long.)My recommendation for avoiding this issue when using a case (such as the Otterbox Defender):When you install the case, you are instructed to slide the screen protector in to the guide provided bottom first then lay down the rest (before proceeding to push out air bubbles). Instead of sliding the screen protector all the way at the bottom, leave just a hair of room. Mine has more room at the top than at the bottom (which is flush). This may prevent the case from pushing up on the screen protector, helping to avoid unnecessary bubbling.

The product comes with a card which instructs you to watch a video first on how to apply this screen saver. My tech son watched this and was doing fine but ended up with some bubbles. On the same card it says that this should be remedied by lifting the sides of the protector but when my son did this it cracked. No problem, right? Just use the other one that's supposed to come in the package and try again. However, ours did not come with a second screen protector. This same card says that before leaving a negative review, you're asked to reach out to the company via email. I tried. The email bounced back. Bad service, bad product.

I wanted a simple screen protector that wasn’t too obtrusive and this seemed to fit the bill. It was pretty much just what I wanted. Easy to apply. Good quality. It is slightly smaller than the actual screen size on the S9, which is a little annoying. I wish it truly had edge to edge coverage. Also, I'm starting to realize that the sensitivity ins't great.

First and foremost the glass does what it's supposed to and protects the phone. It's a quality product and I would recommend to all my friends. The kit was extremely easy to install with a great easy installation video clearly showing the proper steps. Ended up cracking the screen protector from an unfortunate accident and they were nice enough to send me a replacement. That alone speaks wonders in customer service. Overall I was very happy with the company.

I purchase this to install on a new phone being given as a gift. Failed to install following the directions provided and installing on a screen that I freshly removed protective screen cover that came on the new phone.The screen protector had a ton of bubbles and would not adhere to the curved screen edge. I have installed screen protectors on dozens and dozens of phones and never had problems with a glass screen protector. Attempted to email seller per their instructions and the email was kicked back as undeliverable...

installing the screen and it chips and cracks as I'm trying to get the bubbles out, and I've installed a few screen protectors before, and this one seems really nice and was cool that it included a camera cover.
