Review After Year of Use
We got this monitor before my baby was born over a year ago and we’ve been using it ever since she was born. We weren’t looking for anything super fancy, and we mostly use it for watching her sleep. It picks up sound very well, but our baby uses a sound machine so hearing her cry is sometimes muffled. We keep the camera over her crib and it has worked well without fail. It switches from a normal view during the day to a night vision view when the lights are off so we can always see her. The night vision view is a little blurry at times but it’s not too blurry where we can’t see her. We can take the monitor anywhere in the house or on the back patio/front porch and still have a good connection to the camera. We’ve also taken this monitor and camera on vacations to keep an eye on our baby. It’s been a great purchase and we haven’t had any problems with it. I highly recommend it if you’re needing an affordable monitor to keep an eye out on your kid while they sleep.

Reliable and Clear Baby Monitor
I've been using the VTech VM350 Baby Monitor with a 5" screen on my bassinet, and it has been a reliable choice. The high-resolution display provides a clear view of my baby, both during the day and at night, thanks to the automatic night vision feature. The long battery life and range allow me to move around the house without losing connection. The two-way talk feature is great for soothing my baby from another room, and the built-in lullabies are a nice touch. Overall, this monitor has given me peace of mind and is a great addition to our nursery setup

Great monitor, greater price.
We purchased this monitor as a backup to leave at our lake house and ended up keeping it as our everyday monitor and ditching our expensive, so called “long range” monitor. This monitor is super simple but does the job and does it well. Clear image on a large screen, good sound quality, and incredible range. Highly recommend!

Picture quality isn’t great
Reduced picture quality, but it’s nice for traveling.

All the right features.
The quality of sound is actually great. I really appreciate that it drowns out the sound machine I use. The levels of volume are distinguishable. The video quality is good enough for me to see baby breathing. There is only 1 zoom feature which I do find weird, but the normal frame isn’t wide, which isn’t totally necessary.. so as long as you’re able to set it up at a good angle it’s fine. Camera angle can’t be adjusted from monitor, you have to manually move the camera, however adjustability is really good. Night vision is superb. All in all, I recommend it.

Works great, great battery life
Works great, great battery life. Good value, long range. Only complaint I can come up with is the charge light never turns off so you don't know when it's done. Hopefully it indeed isn't charging non-stop. But the battery does indeed last at least as long as advertised based on my all day tests. Range is great features all work fine.

Doesn’t give peace of mind.
Prior to first use I had unit off and charging as manual instructed but hours later battery light was still red. I used it anyway because it’s been hours. The screen turnedoff so I thought it needed to be plugged in while in use, battery light still is red. During use, screen would go black despite movement or noise from baby side. Called customer service- closed on a holiday? It’s 10/14 I guess Columbus Day. Lots of signs pointing to return this. Useless.

Doesn’t last
This monitor is overall pretty great! The battery life on the parent unit is awful, AWFUL. And the connection sometimes just drops randomly even if you’re well within the range. My house isn’t very big and it’ll lose signal randomly just from the bedroom my baby is in to the living room, it’s maybe a twelve foot distance. But it’s got good picture day and night. Good sound. Nice features, like play music, sound activated screen, dimming screen option, multiple cameras, etc. Unfortunately, within just a few weeks of having this, I got a white blur going on. I’m not sure if it’s on the camera or on the parent unit. But for the cost of this little thing, you’d think it lasts a bit longer. I’m so disappointed because I can’t really afford a second one. You’d think it’s better quality. Then again, there are some more expensive ones than this one that probably do less. Either way, I’d only consider this one if you don’t mind only getting a couple weeks of use out of it. Otherwise, take your money elsewhere.
