It’s already working for me I can go up stairs much better.

Though I personally felt no change while using this product I am sure it helped in some way while I was taking it. I can’t honestly say I recommend it, but I wouldn’t put it down just because I didn’t personally see any change.

Excellent for removing ammonia from the body.

A tincture is a weaker version of an extract. Both do a great job, depending on what you need it for. This product is a tincture. So a full dropper full will do the same thing as a few drops of the extract. It does what it's supposed to but I wish it were an actual extract instead like the description suggests. Besides, an extract would be more economical because it would go further. If this manufacturer would make an extract, I would buy that instead.

The quality is great. But, it arrived broken and getting a refund was too hard. Amazon packaging has been so bad for glass tinctures— they’re using only a bubble mailer and thin wrap around :/
