Its a great price, to replace the filter on my shower head. I love both the replacement filter, as well as the shower head this company sells! I live in the desert, and we have hard water out here. I was get some sort of eczema/dermatitis along my scalp and body. I tried multiple shampoo and leave-in products for scalp therapy, as well as hydrating lotions and oils. Nothing worked. I expressed my frustrations to a sales woman at my local beauty/make up shop, and she suggested that I purchase a shower header that softens the water. I never considered water being the culprit to my skin irritations. So, after many years, failed attempts, and purchasing many products, I figured why not try her suggestion, and buy a water softener. Boy, I am glad I did. My skin and scalp feel SO much better after using the shower header! It worked so well, that when I noticed my skin irritations came back, I realized that the filter in my shower head needed to be replaced. It was about time, about 7 months since the purchase. This replacement filter cost less than $8. About a dollar and some change per month, to keep my skin clear. WAY cheaper than all those store-bought products that failed. I truly appreciate this replacement filter. If I could give it six stars I would =)

This shower filter works great! My skin is less dry and my hair is softer, shinier and less dry too, plus no chlorine smell. Also it gives this very fine, but powerful spray that I love (I guess that's more related to the Clearly Pure Shower Head, also FANTASTIC). It was super easy to install and the company has been GREAT with their customer service, sending personal (not form) emails describing how to install and checking on my experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
