I take a tablet once in a while to help maintain healthy hair and nails

I cannot be sure whether this works or not and to be fair, I have only used the product for a few months. It is the most reasonably priced item that I have bought to help my thinning hair from getting worse. Nothing else has worked for me, including products that cost between £50 and £100 per month. The service is wonderful. Each month the supplier, via Amazon, send me a new supply and charge my card accordingly. There is always an email reminder and the arrangement may be cancelled at any time. I intend continuing for at least a few more months to give this product a fair trial.

I've been using this product for three months and nails are stronger, my hair is starting to get thicker and my skin is so soft!
