Arrived promptly with supasaver delivery. Easily fitted and worked first time. Don't be put off by the thought that 'it's a computer it must be very complicated'. just Look for video clip on youtube that shows you each step. Only takes about 10 minutes to change the keyboard and 2 of those are watching the video!

I accidentally knocked over a bottle of beer onto my keyboard, thus rendering it destroyed. I imagined a new keyboard would be around £60. So I was thrilled with this excellent price and service. The keyboard arrived not a day after ordering it and it fits perfectly into my laptop. I will certainly be purchasing with this company again, thank you.

The keyboard comes as shown but is of poor quality. The buttons are very loosely pasted and the "esc" button came out after few presses. The right arrow key button didn't work. Waste of money.

A total of six buttons were stuck n by opening them i could see they were poorly fixed, n the rubber at the bottom were moving freelyFixed them by using old keypadGiving it two star bcoz it is working now and was delivered quickly

Arrived promptly and replaced and in excellent working order. Saved me some money as I did it myself and happy to have all worked out. I wasn't sure if by replacing the keyboard the problem would be fixed but it was! So it just cost a tenner to fix.

This was purchased to replace the original keyboard on my G62 when the keys started to fall off. I got quoted approximately £60 on the high street so thought I would try and save some money by doing it myself.I didn't do a direct comparison before I binned my old keyboard, however to my untrained eye they look the same. All of the keys work to their function and the Wi-Fi button has an embedded light that operates as it should. The keys did feel ever so slightly stiffer on first use, however this quickly wore off.Like others I also fitted this by following the instructions in two brief videos posted on YouTube. It was really easy to do (probably took me no more than 45 minutes to slavishly follow) and, as a novice with computers, gave a great sense of satisfaction when it worked.

Ho ordinato questa tastiera poiché ne avevo bisogno in tempi brevi ed era l'unica a disporre del servizio prime.Il prodotto è arrivato, come speravo, in pochi giorni e installarlo è stato davvero semplice seguendo i tutorial su youtube.Per chi conosce la tastiera italiana a memoria non è un problema passare a questa, per chi invece non l'ha bene presente può creare dei problemi quando si tratta di inserire lettere accentate o altri simboli ma in poco tempo si impara a trovare tutto.In alternativa è sempre possibile impostare nel computer la tastiera inglese quando si scrive e il problema è risolto.

Pensavo che fosse meglio, i tasti non sono il massimo (qualcuno balla anche !!!) fa il suo dovere ma pensare che sia qualitativamente come l'originale è un utopia.
