I have had cervical spine surgery, have low back problems, a fusion in my left hip and sciatica in both legs. I have tried six other “between the knee” pillows. This is hands down the winner. It is incredibly comfortable. So much more than the other pillows and the only one that actually keeps me in alignment. I wake up with NO pain. The thing to remember is that you need to give your body time to adjust to this pillow. It is different than the others and your body needs to get used to it. My low back hurt in the morning after the first few nights I used it but the pillow is so comfortable I continued giving it a chance. Now for the first time ever I have been waking up with no back pain! It is absolutely worth the adjustment period. It is medium firmness, with excellent support and well worth the money. I can’t recommend this pillow enough!

I like this, but I don't love it. It is soft, attractive. The cover is easy to clean. It has provided some pain relief, but not total pain relief. I'm wondering if it isn't thick enough.

I (36m) have been dealing with sciatica pain for roughly 5 months. Sciatica pain is still there but not nearly intense 2 weeks into using this, I get out of bed no problem and can finally bend down without too much pain. Highly recommend for side sleepers who have sciatica pain also. Not s cure all but helpful.

This was not the right style or fit for me. It also arrived incomplete without the eye mask and earplugs, just this pillow in a plastic bag. The item is very nice and seems it could be effective for the right person. On me the item was too loose around my leg which I thought would be good as it wasn’t going to cut off my circulation but it’s so loose on my that it slides around too easily. I also found it too bulky. As I would lie down on my side my legs would tip over instead of holding me balance on my side. This made the whole experience problematic and uncomfortable. This just wasn’t the right fit for me. The cover is very velvety soft and easily removes for when you need to wash it. The foam is very sturdy..didn’t hardly squeeze down at all! The reason I gave it three stars is for missing items and also, the design didn’t work for me. But I will say, it looks and feels well made and worth giving it a try.

This knee pillow is VERY comfortable. I had ordered a different one & it was good to but over time it started to hurt my legs. This Nautumax knee pillow is so comfortable & I love that it has the strap for your leg. I don't toss & turn in my sleep I stay in 1 place. You can even use the pillow without the strap. I've noticed less pain on my lower back since I've started using this pillow. The cover zips off for washing & it's very soft not only on the inside but outside as well. Its as firm as its supposed to be. It is well worth the $$. I didn't notice any odor from it. The support is great.

Hi. I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to write about this. I have been having right hip pain for months. I was blaming it on my workouts. I did mobility and stretching and nothing worked. But since I was researching on Instagram about hip mobility workouts this pillow ad came up. It dawned on me that as a side sleeper, I do tend to drape my right leg over. I was so desperate I decided to buy this and I swear to you in two days the pain was gone. I am almost 50 and a doctor - never seen anything so simple work so well. And the strap does not bother me at all and it stays on all night. 10 stars!!! Out of 5.
