Nothing like the picture, made very poorly!
The hat was not put together well. Rushed putting it together. Missed sewing spots, plus cardboard visible on the front side, behind, what appears to be a seashell. Would never buy again!

Great for wedding party. Not meant for groom. The quality is what you would expect for $5. Meant to be worn for short period of time. Quality is decent.
