This product will indeed increase your NO3. Just be careful how much you add. I would recommend using the dosage for HALF your system water volume at first because you may end up bumping nitrates too high. You might avoid dinos, but can accidentally spike algae. Proceed with caution.

This is a really good option for low nutrient saltwater tank! It’s does have a little smell in bottle but will not change smells on your tank. Have to be very careful to follow the bottle’s instructions a dose small amounts each day until hitting your target because it performs well! Be careful to monitor your nitrates because they work hand in hand.Calculations are easy to follow - everything is in the bottle.Due to the small mount you really need to raise your levels this bottle is definitely worth your money as it will last a good amount of time.

I was having no detectable phosphates in my mixed reef tank and my alkalinity was a little high. I lost two acroporas due to the lack of Phosphates. I started using NeoPhos and the remaining 4 all healed and started showing color. I went from a pure green RR Pink Cadillac to a beautiful pink Pink Cadillac just the way it's supposed to look! I've recently added 10 more Acros and all 14 are healthy and happy with th daily doses of NeoPhos to keep my tank on track!

This product worked great in my reef aquarium. Just read the directions and follow them. Helped with my phosphates.

As a battle dinoflagellates and hair algae this product has helped me maintain my PO4 levels and keep my corals alive. I ended up using a lot more total product over time than I expected due to GHA consumption, so I am glad I purchased the larger bottle. I still have about 100 ml remaining and have removed most of the GHA and have finally seen the ability to maintain PO4 and deplete slowly compared to before. Would purchase again in a similar situation.
