I never do reviews but having trawled through loads over the last week in a desperate attempt to sort out my roots, I wanted to save others doing it! My natural hair colour is brown but it hasnt been that colour for 16 years, and is dyed blonde which is done at the hairdressers. My hair is shoulder length and a mixture of different blonde shades but all blends in really well. I have my roots sorted out every 5 weeks usually at the hairdressers. During lockdown I have started to have a meltdown over my roots and the amount of grey that has been coming through. So so noticeable at the parting. I have been using a hair lipstick which has been ok ish but wanted to try something different hence this. Big regret. Waste of money. Its dreadful. It doesnt stay on longer than a few hours. Doesnt hide the greys at all. It also dries strangely and your hair feels odd. It was horrible. I purchased the dark blonde one but it came out light brown. Not the colour advertised. I have today out of pure desperation and almsot a breakdown! dyed the roots myself with the clairol root touch up kit. So easy to do as a small brush is provided. Now that has been fantastic. Again the dark blonde was purchased and its so so good. It actually is dark blonde. Wish Id done that straight away. I wanted to cry with relief. No grey at all. Great colour. Lasts 3 weeks and my hair is so soft. Dont bother with this. Just buy the clairol one. The proper one for roots!

Absolutely love it!!! Highly recommended it...I have jet black hair so the greys are very noticeable but with this in an instant they are gone. Well worth the money, you definitely will not regret purchasing it.

It does the job. But need to apply this before you plat the hair. Else the brush will spoil the hair style. I use it half an hour before so that my hair doesn't show the dried patch .
