This is very pretty and delicate. I am a size 4-5 for pants and got a medium and it fits well since it stretches a little. If i have went a size up It would have been a bit better.

excellent product
fits my larger body frame. Well made and comfortable. Normally I get the 6 strap for wearing all day but this has been a nice light and fully functional belt. Takes getting used to but far more comfortable than pantyhose.

Fits great! If you have wider hips I'd definitely recommend going up a size. Has adjustable bra-like hooks in the back to adjust to your size. SUPER comfortable it isn't digging into my skin like some other ones. It's just like the picture

This belt was about a full two sizes too small. It squeezed me and made me look like I have giant love handles (when I have a healthy amount of fat around my hips).
