DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM ADORAMA THROUGH AMAZON!
The drone had 2 defects. They will not simply replace it but refund me which puts me in an awkward position because it will take even longer to repurchase and complete my client's project. My 1st Adorama purchase is a bust. I dropped the drone off at UPS on Dec 7. Was confirm received the next day but not scanned to start the refund process. I will not buy from Adorama or refer to anyone. What stellar service! In a nutshell, minus the defects, I believe this product to be a good buy, as long as you don't purchase it from Adorama through Amazon.

No Customer Service or Support
I have two batteries at a cost of $129 that will not except a charge. Swellpro replaced the first battery after sending verified photo of the problem. However the second battery Swellpro will not even acknowledged my written complaint. The support and customer service is the poorest by refusing to replace defective batteries and not reply to complaints.

Extremely poor support
Purchased directly from SwellPro. Worked great for about 20 hours and then the mother board went out. Have to get a warrant authorization through both the service request website and by emailing the sales rep. Dead silence from both after multiple attempts. Don't waste your money. Product support is non-existent.

No warranty and not waterproof
No warranty what’s so ever. Waste of money. Camera filled with water and terrible customer service
