I struggle with extremely high metabolism. I have gained about ten pounds using this product greatly happy with it. Will say I had to start with half a serving and still haven't quite been able to work my way up to a full serving. Definitely would recommend. Lil chalky and doesn't fully delump but it's good

Each serving is 6 scoops. It will not mix in a shaker cup. Tastes like raw cake batter, not the good kind. 6 grams of protein per scoop. This powder will ruin your protein shake.
