I was very disappointed in this product. Except for the size, the rug had nothing in common with the description. It was grey and white with no chocolate or brown and the pattern was not distinct. The pile short with low density. The plastic wrap appeared to have been opened previously. Amazon readily agreed to a return but could give only a time frame of 8 am to 8 pm for pick-up. I had to be home during a workday until it was picked up.
