I absolutely love this machine - the vacuum makes all the difference! The smoothies taste so much cleaner and pure, it make a big difference to the oxidisation (browning). My new years resolution is the same as most people is to lose weight, but this time I mean it. What a difference this has made to my overall diet and health. I don’t eat meat and I have been reading up about nutrition and protein is extremely important, so naturally I am finding it extremely difficult to get all my protein in. But with this machine I add 200 mil water then whatever fruits I fancy but I weigh the fruit, and then I add two scoops of protein powder, and away the blender goes. Not I’m feeling a lot better, I can hide different fruits and vegetables I don’t like in the smoothies and they taste so clean - I have a really really expensive vitamix but it’s a hassle as it’s a larger machine, the smoothies brown, and also it’s a bit of a pain to clean so I have it for any large family soups etc. But this is so quick and when you want to clean it I rinse it all out, put in a full jug of water and then blend for 20 seconds - and it’s all clean then left on sink to dry. I did accidentally over fill it once and the vacuum sucked up some smoothie - but I managed to clean it out and it all still works fine - make sure you don’t go over the measurement guides they are there for a reason! But all in all I love this machine, it’s on the countertop and been used daily 2-3 times a day. Not a single problem and all the smoothies are so fresh and clean.

I looked at a lot of different blenders and smoothie makers before deciding on this one. It was more expensive than many but I think it is worth the money because it works so well. Just fill the container, put it on the base and press the button. It can do soft or harder fruit and veg, as well as seeds and nuts, everything comes out smooth and delicious. Plus it is very easy to clean and doesn't take up too much room on the work surface. I'm now enjoying different smoothies every day and I'm so pleased with it.

Great multi use machine, perfect for smoothies and making really fine drinks. High speed that really obliterates everything you put in. Very safe as the blades are at the bottom once you have screwed it on and locked it in place. Multi settings which is very good. I did think it was a novelty item that would wear off and become redundant after a few weeks and stuck in the back of the cupboard with the soup maker, coffee machine etc, but no, have used it loads of times and very happy with it. Very easy to clean which is a great bonus.

So far so good, used 3 times. Sturdy & fit for purpose.Only downside: significantly noisy. Scares our 5 month baby.Would recommend if no infants around.

It is my first personal blender. I made quite research and ninja is one of best. I can’t compare with others but my smoothies are bubble free and smooth texture. It is really strong the vacuum pump is completely separate from the body of the blender.The vacuum pump is completely sperated from the body but it is really easy to use. It takes a few second to suck the air up. Also very stylish.The only thing that might be negative it makes really noise. Other than easy to use, easy to clean. The cups are quite tall. I loved it. Happy to bought it.

I bought this as a replacement my nutribullet. I was not very sure to buy this but my partner said that we can give ninja a chance. What a surprise. I have to say that I'm more than happy that we bought this. Smoothies are so good. The consistency of the smoothie is much better then in the nutribullet. We also use the pump to remove the oxygen from the smoothie and it is working wery vell and also you can feel how different is it.

Easy to use and the vacuum pump makes smoothies less frothy.Results aren't brilliant. Berry seeds are left fully intact unlike more powerful blenders.Build quality isnt good either. It makes horrible grinding sound and you can smell the overheating motor on thicker smoothies.Edit After a couple of months. 2 units have failed now. First one the motor. Second one the seals between the cups and vacuum pump and the motor too.
