Healthy & Flavourful
It is a good product. Especially good for elderly people who do not get much nutrition from food can easily intake this . We boil in milk and add jaggery along with oats & ragi. The cardamom flavour enhances Manna drink the most. This has been a regular health drink in breakfast for my parents.

health-wise very good , taste wise not so good
if you think this product tastes like bournvita or horlicks, forget it. but it's healthy at least. taste is almost neutral which shows originality of contents used. if you prefer taste it's not for you, if you prefer health then this is for you, period.

Nourishment from all pockets of the country
Rice is a staple in South India and northeast India. Wheat is a staple central and northern parts of the country. Nutri cereals or coarse grains has gained a lot of prominence in recent times due to high fibre content, magnesium, calcium and most importantly does not give sudden glucose spikes and aid in weight loss. Pulses ranging from toor dal, masoor dal, rajma, green gram etc are rich in protein. When you stay in south India, you get nourished from some grains and pulses. When you stay in North India you get nourished from some grains and pulses. To make your work easy, all pulses, grains, nuts and seeds are coming together in powder form without the addition of artificial sugars to nourish the body.

Outstanding!
In a nutshell- go for it. It has so many qualities and benefits, you will forgive the slight quirks of preparation.Pros-- High quality ingredients (just open the pack and sniff- it is like smelling the aroma of high quality laddoos)- No sugar (or sugar substitutes). You can add stevia drops.- All natural (you will feel cool after you consume this, unlike the acidic feeling one gets after consuming artificial health drinks)- Has fibre (again, you know after you consume- it does not linger in the stomach)- High nutrition (I think spoonful it is better that Boost or Horlicks)- Variety in consumption (add water/milk and boil, or like me, just add to lukewarm water (1/2 cup) and mix and consume directly).Cons-- Should be promoted more.- Forms clumps if mixed directly in hot water, so mix in cold water and then heat up.An excellent everyday drink that can substitute multiple health supplements (health drink, vitamin tablets, etc.).Am a committed consumer now.
