It’s a great product.

The flavor is amazing. However, it is EXTREMELY strong. I put a 1/2 tbsp in a pot of chili (gallon and a half) and it ruined it. Remade it with 1/4 tsp and it was still very prominent. USE VERY SPARINGLY!

If you want that wonderful taste and aroma of hickory, on your meat, (rubs), veggies, eggs, pizza, yes pizza this seasoning is a smoking short cut. Again spinkle sparinginly too much smoke can be overwhelming and may "stunt" ya' taste buds. Love this product and you wil too.

I add it to my dry BBQ dry rub.

Mixed into venison sausage. Gave nice smokey flavor Not salty

Was hoping to add some smokey flavor to some roasted nuts. This stuff is bad. Like horribly bad. As soon as I opened the container it smelled like a car fire that had been put out. Like a smoldering burnt car. Against all hope I mixed some in with the roasted almonds. It was terrible. It tasted just like it smelled. Would not recommend for human consumption, but maybe for k9 training?

I like this and use it a lot in my cooking

Very tasty as a dry rub on my baked ribs
