V-Line2912/3912-MB BLK Quick Release Mount Bracket Top Draw/Hide Away, Black

Nice solid metal mounting plate for the V-Line Top Drawer Security Case. I drilled this into my floorboard using the four mounting holes. There are two screws that help attach the case from the inside of the safe when opened.Pros:Easy to installSolid, difficult to pry from the floor once properly securedFits the Top Drawer security case and allows you to remove the case easily for transportCons:Didn't come with any screws to mount to the floor/wall. Had to buy a few from Home Depot (cheap, but wish they included them).

Mine won't quite snug the box down to the bracket enough to keep it stationary. Not a big deal as it is still secure but would prefer it not move around. Very easy to remove the box when needed though.

Great. The only complaint really is that it doesn't include the bolts needed to secure the bracket but I guess they wouldn't really be able to know exactly what type of bolts you'd need for the surface you were securing it to.

Once you bolt this to the floor you gun safe isn't going any where unless you want it to, Then just unscrew the thumb screws (from INSIDE the open safe) and your off to the races.

this base is strong and easy to use, v-line stuff is constly, but worth every penny. If you are not buying an actual safe, their products are FAR much more secure than any crappy gun-vault style lock box with a weal wafer lock.

I ended up returning this because I didn’t like how loose the actual gun safe was on it.

This bracket works exactly as advertised. The mount is very solid, and after being screwed solidly to a surface it is not toollessly removable. I am thinking about buying another and finding a way to mount it to my car so I can use my vline as a mobile lockbox.
