Soft..surprisingly soft. And light of weight. My hair doesn't tend to fall in my face so much. It took on another style. I'm going against "salt & pepper" mostly salt...not havin' it!Been dying my hair for decades, all dark. Then, I gave up and decided to go light. Grey is light too. So, yeah, don't do that. One reason, if you have dark hair, you get the "skunk line".With extreme blonde...somehow, I don't. I have been using other blonde products, and can't really compare them, but this one seems to be markedly softer, so I'd buy this one again.Almost don't have to flat iron. I applied lots of the included conditioner and left it on for over 5 minutes.

This does not color the same way as the original version of Clairol #98 which was a light neutral blonde. I was very disappointed in both the consistency of the mixed product and in the final color. I do not recommend this product.

I've used this brand for a long time and I like it. However, I've been mixing two colors (8 & 11) to the get the shade I want. So when I found this color, 9.5 (Natural extra light blond), I thought it was perfect. I purchased two boxes. But received color 10 (Extra light blond) after almost a three-week wait. It is ineligible for a return.

Excellent for my Husband's hair! Looks very natural. Easy to use, and leaves his hair soft. No strong odors.Been using this brand for years. I use a different color for myself. Very inexpensive as well.

Wen I finally got a comparable color to what I was using, it was perfect. I have used Nice & Easy for years. It does not damage your hair.
