Full of insights from companies all over the globe (not just Silicon Valley, but also China, Europe etc.) about both scaling fast but also about the stages a company passes through as it will grow (love the 5 stages of companies). Explains that blitzscaling isn't for everyone and for every company (e.g., accepts that won't work for high end restaurants) - but also provides an invaluable roadmap of how to bltizscale, what to look for, what questions to ask, how to build teams, how to focus, where to build alliances, etc. It's also a great history of how many of today's behemoths made smart decisions early on (e.g. Amazon) and a great read. Worth listening to Reid's excellent podcasts (Masters of Scale) too

Interesting stories, well-written and eloquent but it's pure inspiration. There is no practical advice on how to scale a company.

This is a great book to be read both cover to cover and used as a reference book. The author understands how speed is the currency of today and the future. I really enjoyed the various cases discussed and the fact they were from around the world.Overall a great book for anyone in business and looking to 10X their venture.

I think the book gives an excellent framework to understanding what it really takes to strike it big, really big. Highly recommend

This is a book that once you've read and come round to Blitzscaling, that you dip back into again and again. I found this a very interesting read and am looking forward to reading Reid Hoffman's other books. Ignore the one-star reviews. I read them and were of the opinion they need someone to not only hold their hand, but give them full instructions on Blitzscaling as well. Enjoy.

I have a lot of business books but liked the fact this was different and not too Americanised.Some good advice, methods and relevant case studies, going to follow it up with the podcast too as it will keep evolving.

Plenty of interesting perspectives on how blitzscaling differs from the usual routes toward success as a startup

A book full of great content on how you can strategically grow a company or a business unit by the means of a well organized framework.Reid also provides a handful of companies who benefited from this method to be market leaders and global companies. Definitely worth reading.

The book does an excelent job of conveying the business contexts and strategic practices of companies that leverage a deliberate tactics for rapid growth (aka blitzscalling)It’s centered around the idea that speed towards uncertanty can yield better results that systematic slow-pased growth towards the concrete, and illustrates this pattern through the stories of the great companies of today.It’s motivating, impactfull and fun!
