how long does the monitor button stay on?

does this unit has AV speaker out??

For your question, we want to tell you: If the unit a in monitor mode,the unit b can only hear the voice from the unit a and can not talk back to unit a by pressings talk button.This version intercom can not be set permanent monitor mode,it has 10 hours monitor limit. If each intercom is set up with its own channel, is there a way to "page" all channels so an announcement can be heard on all devices?
