I utilized this device at both my home office and my main foyer, and the process of putting it up was not all that difficult, especially for someone with a minimal understanding of technological concepts. Because the instructions were easy to understand and the components were able to be assembled without any difficulty, the procedure of installation was streamlined and uncomplicated. The remarkable operational range of 500 feet is one of the qualities that really stands out to me. In my opinion, this is especially helpful for bigger houses or office settings, where the chime has to be able to reach multiple regions without losing its signal strength. The sensor, in my experience, is able to detect the opening of the door in a dependable manner, so causing the chime to sound without any discernible delay. The knowledge that I am promptly notified anytime someone enters my house or business has given me a higher feeling of security. This consistency has supplied me with a greater sense of security. Having the ability to control the level is yet another function that I found to be quite helpful. In my busy home, having the ability to adjust the level of the chime guarantees that it is loud enough to be heard without being distracting to the other people in the house. In addition, the silent mode is a considerate addition that is included for situations in which a more tranquil atmosphere is required, such as when meetings are taking place or when it is late at night.

This is great. Whenever your door is open/closed it chimes loudly. My husband has dementia and wanders. This chimes and alerts me of his coming and going. If you have small children and a pool again alerts you. I call it our burglar alarm.

Chime works for us. We needed an inexpensive door chime for our back door.Our granddaughter is 3 and inquisitive. And able to unlock doors and sneak out because we'll face it 3 yo kids have yet to figure out sometimes things can be dangerous.We live in the country and have deer, racoons, possum, bobcats, and coyotes roaming around. While the deer are generally running away all the other can be dangerous if a kid trys to pet them.So this chime. Took off one star as it's a little picky about how far below the sensor the magnet can be placed. Had to stack 3m double sided tape to make it work and it's not exactly pretty.

A decent enough product one you get it set up. The two sided tape that comes with is useless. Also the sensor are thicker than my previous units. This makes mounting them difficult. Choosing a sound is not user friendly. And the instruction were written by a non-native English speaker. They re confusing and not much help.

Product worked less than a year before going out. It would have been nice if it last longer, but it served its purpose for the value.
