The Numinous Astro Deck

These are wonderful cards, good quailty ,so happy

Positives: I've wanted this deck since I laid eyes on it sometime in 2019! Stunning design with succinct writing (and font style). Negatives: The executive decisions to make the book so massive and the packaging so clunky? Yikes. Not to mention how feeble the cards are (pic 3 shows how thin a card is), and the fact they have to go inside the box in twos (pic 2). It's just massive and unnecessary (in my opinion — I'm sorry). I feel like a small, thin paper booklet with sturdier cards and smaller box would have been better (imagine here the work your light/starseed oracle decks by Rebecca Campbell — that's some good sized packaging and quality cards). --------_·>~<·_-------- All in all, I'm keeping these because I really do absolutely adore their design, but I'll have to be extra careful with shuffling and probably find a suitable medium for storage. I don't recommend if you're buying them full price (almost £20), and I'm not sure I recommend if you're buying them for the price I did, either (almost £13), just because they're quite flimsy. It's the kind of cardboard where if you wet it, you'll have the image peeling off if you dry it wrong. Sigh. Ordered these during covid — the delivery was still very fast.

I'm incredibly grateful I bought this deck when the price went down; because if I had paid £19.00 I would have been severely more disappointed. First of all, thank you for the lack of protection on the cheap cardboard box of the deck that arrived dented on two edges :)! I already knew at this point to expect disappointment so upon removing the pretty decent guidebook and taking out the HORRIBLY FLIMSY CARDS that where bent; I felt like asking for a substitute straight away. I'd like to point out that I am an avid Tarot and Oracle card collector and I do not have massively high expectations but I expect at least a decent card stock and for my deck to arrive dent free- am I wrong to do so? The cards are awful, I've had to trim off bits of excess cardboard and splintered paper that keeps rubbing on my hands while I'm shuffling. I can't believe the quality of this deck!! I have MANY decks and many are cheaper than this deck some by half the price, and still there is attention to packaging detail and card quality. Who the hell decided to create this deck? The imagery is beautiful which is overshadowed by the crappy, easily scratched and flimsy as hell cards! I feel like they wont last into winter at this rate, I haven't even touched them and their scratched? What the hell is going on!

All oracle decks I’ve ordered in the past has a protective cover. This deck did not which I was surprised to see and the box was a little tattered. It also seemed that the tap that holds the box closed was open. so not happy about that. I like the cards but not happy that it wasn’t properly wrapped correctly.

Not going to lie the card stock is not great, they're pretty and visually appealing but hella flimsy. I've not used them properly for any client readings so still searching for an astro deck.

I bought this deck ages ago and never actually opened it until just now, I am so angry and cross, it’s been taped up and someone has put some random tarot card set in here and kept the real cards. Now I’m stuck with a set I don’t even know the name of and I can’t start to use my Astro deck like planned, now I’ll have to pay for it all over again when I can afford it. I mean the cards they replaced the originals with are awful quality and the wrong size entirely for the box and obviously are not Astro cards. I took ages to decide to finally buy this deck and now I wish I hadn’t wasted my money, I was really looking forward to owning it too which makes me even more sad

I can’t believe these cards have negative reviews! Sure, the card stock is a bit thinner than an average deck- but that doesn’t change my experience. They still shuffle fine. And the information in the book is genius! I love the writing style too, the author really knows how to capture a mood. I teach kundalini yoga and blend astrology into my classes. When I got this deck I started letting students pick a card during class, and they love it! Most of them take photos of the card/write-up. I’ve actually put away my standard tarot cards in favor of these. So happy with my purchase :)

VERY STYLISH AND EASY TO LEARN!

趣味で色々なカードを集めています。 箱が綺麗でしっかりとした箱。 わくわくして開封...しましたが こんな紙カードの質の悪さは初めてですw 絵柄は現代の写真のコラージュで綺麗ですが 自分で切り作ったかのようなカード縁でザラザラな手触り まるで雑誌の付録です 占い師さん向けではないし、数回使うとすぐにボロボロになると思います。 本当に鑑賞用。 カード抜きにして 翻訳し勉強（英語の解説書）知識を付けるのにはいいと思います。
