Tree is just the right height and not too wide like most trees this tall are. The mix of needles is very realistic and I love the way the branches just fold down into place. You just fluff and arrange them to look natural. Very realistic.

Unpacked easily, easy to install, good instructions, all the lights worked, the branches unfurled easily, the texture is great and it was delivered and looks as expected. all good. The main integration to the light socket is on the middle tier so.. note that .. it took me a few minutes to realize it was not on the lowest tier .

This Tree Classics Fraser Fir artificial Christmas tree is gorgeous. Setting up went quickly and easily. Take your time fluffing each section as you put them on and you will have a nice full tree. We are impressed with the ‘real feel’ look. We went on previous reviews and we’re so glad that we took the chance.

Second one we've bought. One for me, one for mom. It's a really nice fake tree when decorated. The interior is made of the more fake looking branches and the ends are very natural/real in appearance. Once the lights and decorations are on, it's truly pretty. Mind you, I have tons of glass decorations so it's really well covered.

Love the tree but the top section had lights out. Didn't except this in a BRAND NEW tree. None the less, I didn't want the hassle of returning it. I contacted Tree Classic (after checking every light and a few fuses!!! - such a pain) and was not impressed with their customer service at all. Long story short, after calling and emailing and not getting a response, I finally found out the section had to manufactured in the off season. They said they were going to send me new lights to string on the out section. Well good thing I didn't wait cause the lights still haven't arrived 3 weeks later. I put my own lights up and decorated it. Tree is pretty and does the trick. Its better than having needles all over the house. Perfect for a family with young children.

lights didn't work, tree looked good ,so we had to send it back, very helpful in the return and refunding of purchase.

Out of the box, the lights didn’t work. The product also didn’t look like the image. The box looked as though someone else had it prior to being sent to me.

Exactly the look size I was going for. Realistic looking without spending over $300. Easy set up, love the hinged limbs.
