Bought this grinder as I know it is great from using it while in the US (grinds well and container does not spill coffee everywhere). Ironically it turns out that, though this product is being sold on the Amazon UK site, it too is the US version. The clue is in the model no. but its not clear in the description. Seller was great about refunding.

3.5 stars! Does the job quite well but...
... Loss of stars due to unhelpfully short lead, and lids to the bean and the ground coffee containers both having poor fits.I am also not convinced that it is consistent when setting the timer for quantity regulation - certainly a bit hit and miss.That said, it is a neat and compact design, not too loud, only slightly messy and a great improvement on bags of ready ground coffee!

Absolute rubbish.Doesn't grind and customer service doesn't exist.This company should not be allowed to trade.
