LOVE THIS PAN! Makes a beautiful cake!
I wanted a bundt cake pan that would let me get it drunk! I make rum cakes at the holidays and add rum for days. I wanted to try a Margarita Cake and thought this pan would be perfect to try. I was concerned about the cake coming out clean so after washing I drenched in avocado oil and then added some crisco, using a silicone basting brush the crisco made the oil more visible and thick. Then I dusted with flour. I have a friend who used this pan with Pam that has flour and she said that worked well.The indents in the pan work really well for holding glazes (and booze).

Best bundt cakes
This good quality pan that makes a unique looking bundt cake. That by itself makes it worth buying, but the real benefit is the hills and valleys it creates on the top of the cake. They are a game changer. If you make a bundt cake that has an icing that you pour on, the icing collects on top of the cake and soaks in.

Absolutely beautiful cakes!
I purchased this to make a Rum cake for my granddaughter...I knew it would be great for this type of cake because of all the nooks and crannies! I coated the pan with a bakers spray with flour, used a silicone brush to spread in all the nooks and crannies and my cake came out PERFECT! The spray helped the nuts stay in place when the batter was poured. I used the Nordic Ware bundt brush to clean the pan after I soaked it in warm soapy water for about 10 minutes...I LOVE Nordic Ware pans! The design is beautiful and I always get lots of compliments at gatherings and from the pictures! If you follow these instructions, you will not be disappointed! These pans are an investment...but worth every penny!

Cake pan
I ordered this pan just to make an Cream Cheese Pineapple cake. I was a little nervous on how it would come out. But as you can see it came out beautiful. Make sure to use the baking spray with flour when using this pan. Great quality nice size great performance the cake was easy to release.

This cake pan was a gift
It makes for a beautiful gift. The gold tone of the pan comes across as very luxe. We bake a lot of poundcakes. If you know you know, the best part of a poundcake is the crust! So I thought this pan would be perfect for making more crust surface area with all of the inset ridges. However, it did not achieve the desired result I had hoped for. The best part of the poundcake crust when baked in a normal tube pan is the top part that is open (not the sides or the bottom of the cake). The same was the case for this pan, only the top part of the poundcake achieved, a good crust, the sides and bottom of the cake with the indentions actually made for a tough crust. Perhaps because a pound cake has to cook for so long and it's dense.I guess the indentions and ridges increased the heat into those parts and made the outer crust tough and rubbery. Perhaps not the fault of the pan, just not the proper recipe for it. In the future I will retry it with a more delicate or light cake recipe, perhaps even a box cake mix or angel food cake .I will say that when the pan was prepped properly with the baking spray (that has the flour included) there is absolutely no sticking. the cake released beautifully As you can see in the photo.But come on, this is a beautiful pan! Very high-quality and I would definitely purchase it again

Turned out great!
I like to make a rich ginger cake at Christmas time. I wanted it to look special so I bought this pan. I was worried that the cake wouldn’t come out without the design getting ruined. But per the instructions I took the time to get shortening in every single crevice before flouring it. I was rewarded with a perfect cake. Everyone was most impressed!

Makes a beautiful cake
This was my first Bundt cake and though I was very nervous about it coming out of the pan with all the edges, it was no problem and made a second one a couple weeks later. The pan is thick and heavy which I did not expect but it’s worth the money for making beautiful cakes.

Worked like a charm!
I recommend Bakers Joy cooking spray for an easy release!I've made two cakes in it ant they both turned out lovely.Be sure to cool 10-15 minutes before you flip. No more, no less or you risk sticking.
