Replacement Ignition Coil Module 530039198 for 2050LE 2055 1900 LE 2075 LE Gas Saw Type

Mounted ok, worked ok; should have sent a gap card with product explaining the proper gap, the coil was purchased for a particular Poulan saw.

Put on chainsaw that hadn't been started in a few years and it started right up...

Shipped fast but shape is different than the part taken out of P3416 and does not fit properly and therefore had to return.

I needed something cheap to see of my Poulan 3400 would run again.I've seen a bunch of reviewers say that they had to drill or ream out the holes to make coils similar to this fit my saw, so I took a gamble.With a whole lot of reaming and grinding and forcing, I did in fact eventually make it fit, (and yes, the saw does run) However, the tolerances between the magnet on the flywheel to pick up and the arm with the plates that are pressed and riveted on the coil, were waaay too close for comfort.. I can foresee things expanding with heat and centrifugal force and hitting and exploding. So, with that being said, It may be worth spending the 60 bucks for an oem coil because all of these Look identical. But on the 3400, the spot where the coil sits into is cast in the magnesium case half and there is very little to No wiggle room to make a China coil to fit.You've been warned..Does it work? Yes.Was it worth the extreme amount of clearancing? No.Do I feel super safe about running the saw at WOT with sloppy crank bearings while being cognizant about the tolerances on this coil and the flywheel? No.

Lead wire was too long, but other than that, it fit good and was an easy assembly. The chainsaw started right up after assembly was complete.

20 year old chainsaw had weak spark. Installed this coil and it runs like a champ now. Spade for electrical connect is oriented vertical instead of horizontal but was able to make it work.

Just exactly what I needed. It arrived to soon! Fixed my saw, so better get back at it!
