Creative Fun and Interesting Magnetic Fluid Decompression Puzzle Toy Strange New Boyfriend Creative Birthday Gift for Children

I bought this as a desk toy to use at the tech company where I work. It fulfills that role very nicely, as it is fun to play with and any time a new person stops by my desk it draws the eye.It seems well put-together, even though it is largely made of plastic. The magnets that it comes with are the perfect size and strength, and each magnet seems to have a different polarity on the outward facing usable side so one effectively pushes while the other pulls.I do wish it came with just a bit more ferrofluid, though. It is impossible to dislodge all of what it does come with from the built-in magnet at the top, and what you have to play with just feels a little lacking. If it just had a bit more ferrofluid this would be an easy 5 stars, and as it is it is still very fun.

At first, it was really cool. There are 2 magnets, but neither of them were very strong. They were string enough to pull most of the fluid off of the top inside magnet, but there was still quite a bit left behind that wouldn't detach.After about a week of playing with it, it had lost the consistency it once had. It turned very... Gloppy (as seen in picture).It no longer has the cool spiked effect it did at first.Aside from the fluid changing in consistency, it was still pretty cool for what it it. Just wish it could have lasted longer than a week.

Definitely a cool item. Moving the ferrofluid around making different shapes and designs can be great fun. I do wish the ferrofluid was contained in a larger tube as it is difficult at times to move it around due to lack of space. Also a bit pricey.

This is a not yet presented Christmas present for my husband who does not have A.D,S,D,. Just a very scientific mind. I know that he will love this. It is very well packaged. I am excited to give it to him.
