I consider myself a, pickle juice connoisseur, but this is other level. I'm not sure how they did it, but they managed to make this pickle brine even more briney than pickle juice! My face turned into a black hole! If you love pickle juice then you will absolutely love this. I will say, it is so strong that I can only dink a few ounces at a time. I usually drink 2 or 3 cups of pickle juice a day, due to the fact that I work in construction in Arizona and it's the only thing that quenches my thirst throughout the day. I don't know if I can afford to drink this as much as I do cheaper juices, as often as I do, but this is like a fine bourbon, in my opinion.

Regularly used to brine chicken/fowl. Works well. Easy to store in the refrigerator once opened.

I bought this pickle juice to use in my Chick-Fil-A copy-cat chicken tenders recipe. Their not-so-secret ingredient is pickle juice/brine and this works just fine. I didn't want to buy a huge one-gallon jug of pickle juice from a competitor that has to be refrigerated after opening and takes up valuable space in my refrigerator, so these 8 ounce bottles are very convenient. I prefer the taste of Vlasic dill pickles to any other pickle and this pickle juice passed my taste test. If you prefer more of a Claussen taste, this may not suit you. Give it a try, before you decide. I like martinis and now that I have this, I'll give it a try in a cocktail. I understand pickle juice has holistic uses. However, since I didn't purchase this juice for that purpose, I don't have any feedback regarding its effectiveness. In the meantime, back to the kitchen...

Not bad. The quality is definitely noticeable. And it was packaged great. Sweet taste at first with a spicy kick. Think spicy bread and butter pickle taste. It’s not overwhelmingly sweet, but I’m not really a fan of B&B pickles, so I won’t be reordering

i love a pickled bourbon cocktail -- bourbon, honey and pickle brine. it sounds gross but it's sooo so good. this pickle brine makes it easy and it tastes great. yes, you can take the brine right out of the pickle jar, but i go through the brine much more quickly than i do the pickles. this solves that problem. this company - pacific pickle works makes a bunch of awesome pickle products - i love to load them into my bloody marys.

Too sweet! No where on the site that I could find does it say this is from bread and butter sweet pickles. If it had said that I would not have bought it.

First off, this item was very well packaged for shipment. I'm sometimes skeptical ordering liquids through the mail, but this was so well packaged that there was near zero chance of any mishap occurring. I mainly use this as a key ingredient in making potato salad. Every time I make my potato salad, I get comments that it has a really nice kick and it's because I add a few tablespoons of this pickle brine. I have also recently rekindled my love for picklebacks, so it's a win-win!
