Intake Manifold P2015 Repair Bracket Kit, Aluminum Intake Manifold Repair Kit for Seat 2.0 TDI CR Intake Inlet Aluminium Manifold 03L129711E

Having had the dreaded P2015 code on my VW Passat 1.9 TDI for almost a year, as well as being told by numerous garages that I need to buy a new intake manifold and flapper motor at approx. £600, I took the plunge on this. Fitted in less than 30mins, I reset the engine warning light and it has now been out for over a week. Far better than the previous 2 starts.In summary, really simple to fit without removing any component, and has rectified a long-standing issue. I would highly recommend trying before throwing hard earned money away.

I bought this to get rid of the intake manifold error, this doesn't work with the PLASTIC manifold apparently.My error is still there. There's two trips apparently, find the right one before buying.But for the price, it was worth the gamble.Other than that THIS isn't a bad part, it's just not the one I needed so I can't give it a bad rating based on my error.

This little bracket fixed the intake error on my car. no need to remove the actuator to install the bracket just take out one T30 bolt and install bracket then put back in the T30 bolt retighten job done. Cleared code and now error free. Well worth the price and the few minutes to fit( as per other reviews had to increase the size of the hole to allow the T30 bolt to pass easily through however not a show stopper)

If you have a quattro you have to tap a thread in the other end and use a thick washer aswell as the supplied bracket, other than the slight modification works great. Maybe the manufacturer should tap a thread straight through and add a washer to make this universal.

Excellent quality, very easy to install

The OEM bolt in which the bracket fastens to doesn’t fit through the hole drilled in to the supplied bracket. I had to drill it out to 6mm, the quality of metal is poor.

Garage wanted to do remap to remove engine light costing £300+, I did a little research... Bought this... happy happy man. Well designed, cough/copied part! Such a cheap simple fix. Thanks so much.

Saved me a fortune. Was getting the dreaded EML on every few days.. read the fault code and found the issue online. Seemed that either a new manifold or a replacement was needed. Found lots of people online suggesting a repair bracket. Fitted this in 10 minutes and have had no EML since! Sorted. Thanks very much
