No more chiropractor.
I have been going to a chiropractor for over a year with lower and upper back pain. This has cost $50-$150 a month with little relief from the pain. I took a chance on this device and at first it was very unconformable and even painful to use, but I stayed with it and within a week I was able to use it twice a day with no discomfort. Now when I use it, it actually feels good and at times my back will gently pop and that feels good also. The best part is that I now have had little discomfort in my back with day to day activities and I no longer see the chiropractor. This thing is great.

Works great. I modified my stretch.
I have been mostly focused on my upper back and neck. This machine is great for the low back. I felt wasn't getting a deep enough stretch on the neck end. So I adjusted the machine. I simply set it to a taller setting than I was supposed to. I am 5ft 10.5 and I set it to like 6ft 2 / 6ft 4. Getting into the machine, I already have some tension on the neck strap. I then set the arm bars off to the side. The arm bars are great when I want it to function on my low back more. So not using the arm bars, and set to 4 to 6 inches above my height. I then stretch it to max. I still feel I need a slight deeper stretch. However, after a few uses it did seem to add some space to my discs, less pinched nerves, and the inflammation has gone down in the area. I just wish there was an adjustment for the bungie chord on the neck strap so it doesn't stretch so far out. The bungie only allows for x amount of tension. About 10 to 15% more would be perfect for me. However the machine has helped immensely.

Amazing
This thing is amazing. Ive been suffering with lumbar disc degeneration and herniation which has greatly impeded my life for the last several years. As a last ditch effort before resorting to surgery I began seeing a neuro kinesiologist who recommended this to supplement his treatments. I’ve been using it twice a day for 20minutes and my back hasn’t felt this great in years. I was actually able to do a 6mile hike the other day!! I do wish it was designed a little differently tho, I think it was designed for men. I’m a 5’7” female and the arm pit rollers at the smallest setting are still way too wide. They hit out inside my biceps, not my arm pits. I think the back board overall would need to be narrower for a lot of women. I wish they would make that version of adjustment bc it’s probably even more amazing if it fits you. Also it’s a bit difficult to use if you have a butt, but despite those things you can still manage and it is highly effective. Definitely do NOT use the release lever to undo the traction it snaps back very fast and you can be injured. Just take your arms and feet out and stretch your bent knees side to side for a bit until your back acclimates and then release the lever when you are off the machine. Super easy set up, good quality. Highly recommend.

Violent release and no neck traction
First to give you some insight of my injuries, I injured myself years ago squatting at the gym and have since also been part of a few car accidents which have really damaged my lower back to the point it needs to be stretched and popped multiple times a day for some mobility. The device is simple enough to use, though I wish the lever bar was lower, reaching up to crank it hurts the shoulders and forearms. The reaction of the lower back results on your goes being the anchor point as it pulls apart. The stretch is decent however the release mechanism is incredibly violent and will for sure injur those not careful or inexperienced. After having created a tender and loose atmosphere with the stretching the last thing you want to do is to violently release the stretch.Neck traction is nonexistent. I'm considering returning it due to this fact alone. As I purchased this for neck and back.Overall 2.5/5, it works but leaves much to be desired.About my build: I'm a big guy, bodybuilder at 5'8, I was and are still hoping this will fix my back issues or at least give me daily relief. I'll be using it for a week before I make my determination if I want to overlook the fact that the neck traction just isn't there.

Unsafe, Poorly Designed, and Terrible Customer Service
Stamina Inline Back Stretch Bench with Cervical TractionI regret purchasing this product and caution others to avoid it at all costs. From the poorly constructed equipment to the dismissive sellers, this has been a nightmare.Product Issues1. Shoddy Build Quality, The bench arrived with loose bolts and misaligned parts. Despite claiming a 250 lbs capacity, it creaks and wobbles dangerously even at 180 lbs. The "sturdy steel frame" feels flimsy and unstable.2. Ineffective Traction, The cervical traction feature is painful and poorly designed. The neck harness dug into my skin, causing bruising, and provided zero relief. The back decompression function feels more like a strained yoga pose than therapeutic stretching.3. Uncomfortable Design, The padding is paper-thin, and the angles are awkward. After 10 minutes of use, my lower back felt worse than before.Seller/Service Issues1. False Advertising, The product bears little resemblance to the marketing claims. The "easy assembly" took 2+ hours due to unclear instructions and missing parts.2. No Support, When I contacted customer service about the defects, they blamed *me* for improper assembly and refused a refund. They stopped responding after I sent photos as proof.3. Waste of Money, This is a $200+ piece of junk. Save yourself the hassle look for a reputable inversion table or physical therapy instead.Safety Warning, This product feels like an accident waiting to happen. If you value your spine (and sanity), steer clear.
