Battery unchargeable
Although this battery arrived promptly, was packaged nicely and seemed to be in excellent condition, it would not charge my laptop. I inserted it into my computer exactly as my old battery was inserted, after 3 days it was still at 0% charged. I hope to return it to the vendor.

DO NOT PURCHASE
This is a complete sham product. The battery works, but it will not register with the intended machine (even if DELL says it’s compatible) thereby massively affecting power resources.

Great buy for OEM Dell replacement battery
Delivered sooner than expected, looked new as advertised, is working great although it's only been 4 days. Thus far, very pleased and good value.
