Great conversion kit for lp to natural gass
This conversion kit is excellent to go from liquid propane to natural gas. No longer need to worry about tanks running out and having replacements. Tubing and inlet valve all here so easy conversion back and forth if needed.

Works, but be prepared to install it yourself
The instructions come with dire warnings about having this kit installed professionally. Good luck finding somebody to do that for you. Other than that, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

I was expecting it to convert easily like a propane grill to natural gas conversion kit
Must get an agency that is certified to convert the fire pit to natural gas. You have to take the whole propane valve apart and convert it as well. I was expecting it to convert easily like a propane grill to natural gas conversion kit. I has to purchase a propane tank to use until I can get someone out to convert the fire table.

Excellent customer service
Initially I got the conversion kit for a firepit table. I only noticed during installation when it couldn't fit. I checked the correct kit on the outland website and got the correct conversion kit for a firebowl. Outland accepted the incorrect kit I had ordered and gave me a full refund. Excellent customer service and kit works fine no issues.

Looks and works great
This is an excellent product at an excellent price. It was easy to assemble (and I had the natural gas conversion to do as well) and looks and works great. We enjoy it every night and it adds a lovely feature to our patio.
