What is the tissue box made of? Thx!

It states in the description of the tissue box that it is made of polyresin.

Does it have a bottom? Or does the tissue box touch the countertop?

Does anyone have a picture of the underside of the box? I want to turn it upside down to hold c-fold paper towels for a restroom setting.

The bottom is open with a flat panel that matches and is held in place with magnets

Is this see through? Can you see the dark design on the tissue box ?

No this is not see through. The design on the box is gray and yes you can see it. Very nice tissue box, I love mine. It is heavy and made well.
