I have had a weight loss surgery (loop duodenal switch) and my body requires a higher intake of vitamins due to the malabsorption factor of my surgery. I started randomly bruising for no reason on my legs and went through my primary doctor, bariatric team and a hematologist to find out what was going on. My vitamin K levels were “in range” for an average human but I didn’t believe they were high enough for me. The first symptom of a vitamin K deficiency is “easily bruises”. I ended up purchasing these supplements after being told everything was fine and they didn’t know what was causing my bruises. Within 2 weeks all the bruises cleared up on my leg and I haven’t gotten any new ones. The random bruises didn’t hurt but looked bad all summer and when I wore shorts people would ask me if I was doing ok or assumed I was being physically harmed/a sided which DEFINITELY is not the case. I am so happy with my purchase, and told doctors that once I started taking these all my bruises went away. You have to advocate for yourself, your health and your emotional wellbeing and find something that works for you. They are quite large capsules but easy for me to swallow, I don’t get any weird taste in my mouth from them. Highly recommended!

One small pill a day! Vitamins A and K help absorb the vitamin D. This is brilliant! There’s no smell or taste. Easy to swallow. Perfect addition to my daily supplements. Feeling great!

This is a staple in our house. Have compared other brands and this one takes all the boxes. Great price too!

I really like that these essential fat soluble vitamins are in one convenient dry capsule. However, the recommendation is to take with water. These Vitamins require a minimum of 10 grams of fat for optimal absorption. If you’re taking them on an empty stomach you’re wasting good money. Also, I wish it didn’t have the K-1, or perhaps less K-1. Overall though I trust the Codeage brand.

This makes a positive difference in my daily energy. TWO THINGS: Please remember the Vitamin D is "fat soluble" so take it with a shot of olive oil or similar fat. Also, this has a high K content. Everything that I've read says using excessive amounts will not bode well for one's health.

I have been taking these for a few years now and I feel that they are really beneficial to my health.

It was hard to find a supplement with this combination in one capsule. I bought this for two reasons : 1) I've read that this combination of vitamins can strengthen bones and teeth, and as a lifetime teeth grinder, my dentist has been warning me of fractures in my molars despite wearing guards for the past 20 years. I am hopeful this will help delay any dental procedures. 2) I have read how helpful Vitamin K can be for blood infections, and as I've been trying to recover from Covid for the past six weeks, I hoped this might help support my body to knock it out out. It's been three weeks taking this and my horrible Covid headaches and sinus congestion stopped a week ago. It could be coincidence, as I had the infection for a while. Capsules are on the large size, but manageable for me.
