Intense and delicious flavour
Excellent, very dense flavour. When the pack first arrived I was a bit disappointed as the quantity looked small for the price, compared with jar pastes you get from the supermarket. However, unlike jar pastes, there is no oil or filler in this paste so the taste is very intense.I'm dieting at the moment, so I made the green curry with chicken, low-fat coconut milk, baby sweet corn, mangetout peas and mushrooms. It was absolutely delicious, and quite spicy. I'm looking forward to making using the rest of the seletion pack I bought.

Delicious but super hot
These were tasty and easy to use, but most of the sauces were really spicy, so these aren’t for the faint hearted!

Excellent taste but be careful with the yellow one!
Have so far tried the yellow curry paste and the massaman curry paste. Both have a lovely taste but the yellow was was insanely hot so be warned, if you use half the pack like we did it will probably blow your socks off! The massaman one was much less hot, in fact I ended up adding extra chillies to this one. Having these in the house makes it much easier to whip up a Thai curry. Would definitely recommend and buy again.
