Great and very detailed book, with many interesting stories of ethics and justice from the life of Umar ibn Abdel Al-Aziz.

I have read through this - interesting book - goes through the life of Umar ibn Abdul Aziz. Some fascinating examples included.I did not like the headings and subheadings in red - looked like a school report.There is a heavy salafist bias within the book which needs to be read with caution.I would have preferred the arabic text to be next to the translated references of sayings/hadith/ayat.
