Me likey for my steaky It's a lovely little grill pan. Puts nice marks on steaks and whatever else you want to grill. Retains heat well. Solid construction. Great pan. There was a small blemish in the coating of mine, but I can season it up. By the way, it's kinda heavy.

En esta sartén puedes preaparar desde una carne asada hasta paninis, quedean bien calientes y marcados como si fueran hechos por un profesional. A diferencia de otras sartenes de Lodge, con esta debes tener más cuidado para limpiarla y "curarla", después de cada uso, ya que pueden quedar residuos de comida entre los canales del fondo del recipiente, y debes retiralos ya sea con una escobilla o con el aditamento de plástico (scraper) que venden aquí mismo, en Amazon. ¿Pesada?, algo, pero valen la pena los resultados que se obtienen al usarla.
