satisfying not too sweet
Love this product. Its creamy and the vanilla flavor can be enhanced with any other fruity flavors or chocolate.I love that it isn't overly sweet since I tend to low sugar. I don't like the chocolate flavor. As a chocolate lover, this could use an overhaul.

Truly amazing
I started the keto diet a few months ago, and when I discovered this it has been immensely helpful with getting the macros I need. The taste is phenomenal. A lot better than other protein shakes I have tried

Glad to have found this again!
I have tried this before when it was sold at Walmart years ago and loved it. It did and still tastes great! It mixes well in hot or cold drinks (protein coffee anyone?) and I like that is has a large variety of vitamins and minerals as the Zero-Carb Isopure Protein Powder does; however, this Keto Science is much more affordable than Isopure has been in the last 4 years! I used to purchase Isopure, at least once a month and make it spread out over that month, even though there are only "14" servings, but it has become too expensive. I'm glad I found this Keto Science again here on Amazon and I am going to try the chocolate flavor soon! By the way, I have mixed this with water as just a shake, I have mixed it in my coffee (a little less than one scoop), but I also make a meal shake with unsweetened almond milk (vanilla or regular flavor) for a nice creamy drink!

Good Flavor And Smooth
I purchased this item in the past in chocolate. The vanilla one is just as good as it has full flavor and good consistency when blended.

Beware of formula change, the new formula has 6g net of carbs, the original had just 2g net carbs
How is this even remotely considered keto with a staggering 6 grams of net carbohydrates.Apparently the formula changed because the previous formula only had 2 grams of net carbohydrates at 224 calories this new formula has a staggering 6 grams of net carbohydrates at 250 calories. This literally knocked me out of ketosis, it's my own fault because I didn't read the label, I just assumed it was the same stuff I had used before.I should have known something was up when the container had a plain white sticker over the bar code. I use the carb manager app to track my food and I like to use the barcode scanner to log food. When I scanned it, it came up with the original formula 230 calories and 2 net grams of Carbs. Then I looked at the label and realized that what had scanned wasn't what was on the label. They must have changed the formula but didn't change the bar code. So instead they just put a sticker over the top of the barcode so you wouldn't scan itI've already opened this and had one shake out of it or else I'd return it, there are plenty of other keto shakes out there with under three grams of net carbs. When you're doing strict keto, 6 grams of Net carbs is significant when your total daily allotment is just 20 net carbs.Other than that the taste isn't bad assuming you mix it with almond milk which adds another gram of carbs, add a 1/4 cup of blueberries and now your at a staggering 12g of carbs .
