Guarantee of product
It's not durable product. I purchased it during Sept 2024 but become out of order/ defective within a year. Please confirm whether it's within guarantee period and can be replaced or I have to purchase it a fresh

Switch is not working after 15 days. Return policy is only 10 days. Amazon is not validating the dealers of the product properly. How can such a reputed company deal with such a scrap product.
