I add a tablespoon or 2 to my coffee every morning. This is very easy on my stomach and doesn't cause major bloating. Now, I can reach my minimum fiber intake easily every day.

Great product works great but I am looking for both pre and probiotics and this one only has one but non the less is a great product and is an excellent product on the Yuka app

I think it worked a little to relieve slight constipation but it didn’t help tremendously. It did not irritate my stomach or create gas and mixed well.

I started using this about two years ago. My goal was to add a little extra daily fiber. It’s a great product. It dissolves easily in my coffee, with no taste. It is not grainy like other brands, being easy to use in its powder form. This will be a repeat purchase.
