Amazing Taste and performance
I've been into fitness for 5 years and tried several BCAA supplements but this fast&up one stands out especially when it comes to taste. The lime and lemon flavor is refreshing and light which doesn’t make me feel heavy during my workouts.I've also tried the watermelon flavor earlier, and it was equally good. Especially now since last few months they have worked on the improved version that’s tastier & totally worth it!Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good-tasting effective BCAA

So bitter!
I frequently use Fast&Up intra-workout powder.To put it in words, the whole experience is like a Russian roulette, some batches are sweet and so nice to drink but some batches are extremely bitter and unpalatable.Two times this has happened to me. Once with orange and once with the lime and lemon flavour.This time too, the taste was extremely bitter and I don’t have any idea what to do with it.I have approached fast&up customer care once again with this issue, awaiting their response.

This BCAA product from Fast and Up has a good mix of Vitamins, Amino acids, Taurine, etc which helps in maintaining our overall health. Has an amazing lemon taste.After consuming this product I have experienced it's benefit in improving my health... especially during the work-outs I have experienced more energy and stamina. Performance not as high as the price!!
There is No significant benefit/ energy boost when compared to generic ED or supplement in takes which are less than half its price. Fast and Up needs to improve the prod quality to justify the price

It's not a bcaa I feel nathing by doing work out please don't buy this pani ka colour badal ta hai bas baki jitna koch likha ismai koch bhi nhi bas khali flavour ka taste dega lemon ka or ya jo flavour loge very bad product don't buy it instead u buy extend bcaa or musle blaze bcaa but don't buy fast and up bcaa very bad product 😡😡🤮🤮🤮
