Very nice looking as black goes well with most colors and when installed properly they’re very sturdy grab handles. Pretty simple installation. You will need a socket to remove the existing bolts and star torx (don’t recall which sizes) to install the new ones. I found that starting the top just a little then the side just a little and rotating between the two to be sure there was no binding up worked perfectly for me. And as someone noted the longer screw inserts are slightly tapered on one side so be aware of that so the handles will fit firmly and secure. The video had me worried because when the person was moving them around they looked loose. But mine installed nice and tight with no movement at all. I recommend these as they were a good value and I feel they will last for many years.

Strong and easy to install!

Easy to install, sturdy, makes getting in and out easier

Wasn't difficult to install but the longer spacers have an angle cut on one side and there's no indication on which side (vehicle or handle) the angle belongs on and which direction it should face. In theory the angle will be the same either facing and you just need to spin it to fit. Still didn't really go flush no matter the angle. Yes, they get in the way of the sun shades. No getting around that. You can fold in the shades at the corners to get by them, but they are absolutely in the way. I have big hands and the finger grooves are still too far apart. They don't fit naturally and if you space your fingers to fit it, it doesn't feel right. If you live in a hot climate, do not use them to get in after the vehicle has been sitting the sun. Metal painted black in the sun = a nice sear on your palm. After about 30 mins of AC, they're touchable. All of that being said, they 100% work and are good and sturdy. You know, if they aren't 500 degrees. And they look good, I gotta say.

Easy to install. High quality and very strong. My only complaint is having to use an Allen wrench for the bolts.

The build on these is amazing. Excellent quality and very simple to install. I have a 2012 with a 3inch lift on 35" tires so everyone has trouble getting in. You will need a few different size tools to install. For the disassemble on the front, you will need a 13mm socket. As others have said, be careful with the screws when uninstalling so it doesn't fall behind the panel. I got it pretty loose and then unscrewed it the rest of the way with just the socket. For install, you will need a 6mm Allen wrench. The back were much easier to disassemble. You will need a 10mm socket to take those screws out. To install the handles, you will need a 5mm Allen wrench. Overall, it took me about 30 minutes to get everything installed. They work well and is much easier to get into now with the handles. Good grip for me and great color match to the rest of the Jeep. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m totally happy with these handles!! They are comfortable and functional. The install is easy. I suggest putting in the vertical bolts before the horizontal ones but it can be done either way. They seem very solid. I am a 270 pound man and I have put all my weight on them pulling myself into the Jeep. I haven’t been off-road yet since installing them but I can see them being a nice addition especially for the passenger. The handles look great as well.
