This is great! not only do I have an extra 4 sockets, but I can plug in my electrical items which work of a transformer, WITHOUT losing a socket.It's sturdy, and shouldn't be easily tipped (unless you make it top - heavy that is). I like that the tower doesn't take up much space (I don't have that much space to start with).The only thing I'm not sure of, is whether the USB ports are for charging only, or if they can be used as normal USB ports.This is great value for the money, better than buying an extention cable.

Its fairly sturdy but personally i try not to kick it over or yank things out of it..The cable is long but i keep it fairly close to the main wall socket anyway..There are two switch's on the top and if i was more organised i could keep things on two separate circuits, but i don't..I think its surge protected but i thankfully haven't had to test that feature..All in all okay

Sturdy enough plastic, not had any problems fitting plugs.Two switches on top to kill power to whole sections, which is pretty good. I've got lights on one side which can all go off at once and devices down the other.It is a big thing though and the cabling means if you have it on a desk, you need an extra couple of cm to fit it, unless you get it right up against a table edge obvs.It's been under relatively heavy load at times (not exceeding spec) and hasn't heated up at all.Attached cable could be longer, also would be nice if it were a removable cable.

Worth the money

I have a room in my house with all my music gear and computer plugged in. I have been using two of these to accomodate all the kit and can even power some of my synths and gooseneck led lamps from the USB sockets. I can flick the top power switch and the whole studio springs to life. THese handle an insane amount of plugs for the footprint size.They are sturdy and survived moving house constantly plugging stuff in and out. They have weight and can handle having brick PSU mounted on all sides. The cables all trail nicely and nothing is strained.I highly recommend! They are more expensive but should have bought them before wasting money on less tidy and capable extensions

I purchased this a few months ago. The build quality is good and the tower design is very helpful as it takes less space. The switches at the top help as you can switch off half the stack at a time if you need to.The USB ports stopped working about a month or so after purchase. However, the seller was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement product free of charge which has been working fine. Overall, I am pretty pleased with the tower extension and the service I have received from the seller.
