Are the bags numbered?

I already own the eiffel tower set by itself will it connect with this skyline set or do i have to use the eiffel tower that comes with it ?

Hi there! Our 21019 Eiffel Tower is a different scale than the one included in this set. Since it's much larger, it would likely look out of place with the rest of the buildings in the skyline. That's not to say you can't use it, but you'd also need to do some custom building to attach it. The awesome thing about LEGO® bricks is that you can build whatever your imagination dreams up. Is the Champs-Elysees the green blocks with the buildings behind? What is that black tower?

The black tower, Tour Montparnasse sits on the site of an old large train station - it was built starting in 1969 to 1973 - Parisians hated it when first built because it doesn't fit with the skyline of that area and is like an obstruction of the skyline ... however if you are inside of it you have a great view of the rest of Paris without obstruction . it was the tallest building in Paris before the 80's it has 25 elevators, a wonderful restaurant etc ... it's quite an interesting structure ... think of it as the Paris empire state building
