Second time buying!
I have had to is straightener for years as it’s the best I’ve owned! I have thick, color-treated hair and it allows me to style in no time at all. Love the auto off feature. Only reason I have to buy again is because I lost mine traveling, mine was still going strong after daily use!

Love this! I’ve always used a Chi but my friend introduced me to this straightener when we were in Florida, where it’s either humid as hell or wet and rainy, it straightened my hair better than any other Chi I have used and does much less damage to my hair, I highly recommend this!!

Didn’t last 1 week
I had this straightener for 7 years and loved it. My old one gave out so I purchased the same one again. Within one week of having it while turned off, the power button burnt up. The entire house smelled like electrical fire. Super bummed but will not be purchasing again.

It's a nice product, but it depends on hair. It says one stroke, but I had to do more than one, which can damage hair. Didn't work for me.
