I have an issue with getting the water intake that I need to stay hydrated. I started drinking these and when my personal nurse checked me...he said that I was hydrated and to keep it up. I will definitely continue to purchase the cherry flavor even though it kind of tastes like jell-o before it has set.

It would be preferable if the price remained more stable and predictable.
