My rack arrived all bent! Glass door was missing parts! It put me in a really awkward situation with my customer! And I had to install it, didn’t have any option, we had to get the job done! I am really disappointed.

Was actual easier to install than I expected. I have high ceilings and wanted this up out of the way and to maximize the space in my laundry room where this was going. I was able to pop off the two c clips at the hinges and then just have the small back section of frame to mount up on the wall and once mounted just lined the hinge pins back up and reinstalled the c clips. Thing is super sturdy.

It arrived with bent hinges. I had to vent them back to get the rack to attach to the base. It was missing one of the hinges on the glass door. I needed to install it because of time, but not sure of longevity. Once the rack was finished with all components in it I am a little worried about the hinges holding up to the weight.

Update 1: Netmax Depot has sent some instructions to help me reattach the door and has offered a partial refund to help with the repair. Will update again once I get follow-through. Maybe they’re better than it initially appeared. Will revert back. Netmax Depot sent me this garbage. It’s busted up pretty bad. The glass door is off and the base is damaged where it’s supposed to connect. Also the unit is warped and won’t close in the back where it’s supposed to swing open.

It came with the glass door off and the "hinge" that held the door on was bent on the case and the door. I never got it installed properly because only one of the door hinges was there. The box it came in wasn't damaged either. I bought this in 5 years ago and I regret it every damn time I see it.

Really like this double section hinged swing out product, fits my home office so well, convenient for me to access inside equipment and cabling issue from back section, great cabinet!

This rack is ok if you have light duty equipment like patch panels and switches. I wouldn’t recommend if you fill it up with heavy equipment such as hard drives batteries. The hindge is not very strong. The door release can be improved.
